12-10 Heat Shrink Connectors – Ancor – 309299 (1-309299) has a heat-activated sealant built into the sleeve of the heat shrink tubing. When heated, these fittings form a water-tight seal and provide the best vibration and strain relief, and the cross-linked polyolefin tubing is considerably more robust than PVC tubing and does not burn like PVC. Experts suggest nylon insulators for their Marine Grade resistance to sunlight, water, oil, chemicals, vibration, and cut-through damage.
