Description
Nylon Ring Terminal — 12–10 AWG, #10 Stud, 100-Pack
Terminate mid-gauge marine wiring at terminal blocks, fuse holders, and panel-mounted distribution strips with this 100-pack of nylon-insulated ring terminals. Sized for 12–10 AWG wire and #10 studs — the standard screw size on most marine terminal blocks and fuse holders — the 799963 is a high-volume, cost-effective termination solution for service shops and full vessel wiring projects.
Key Features
- Nylon Insulation — Tough, heat-resistant nylon barrel protects the crimp zone from abrasion, vibration, and incidental moisture contact
- 12–10 AWG Wire Range — Mid-gauge coverage for terminal block connections, fuse holder feeds, bilge pump circuits, navigation light wiring, and moderate-current accessory runs
- #10 Stud Size — Fits the #10 (0.190″) screws and studs standard on marine terminal blocks, fuse holders, distribution strips, and panel-mounted accessories
- Tinned Copper Barrel — Corrosion-resistant tinned copper crimp barrel ensures a low-resistance, durable connection in marine environments
- Closed-Ring Design — Ring cannot slip off the stud even if the screw loosens under vibration — the preferred terminal type for permanent marine panel installations
- 100-Pack Bulk Quantity — Ideal for service shops, full vessel rewires, or stocking a comprehensive onboard spares kit

12–10 AWG Nylon Ring Terminal — Complete Stud Size Range
- #10 stud — 100-pack — Terminal blocks, fuse holders, distribution strips (this SKU — 799963)
- 5/16″ stud — 100-pack — Solenoids, starters, battery isolators, windlass relays (SKU 799971)
- 3/8″ stud — 100-pack — Battery terminals, main bus bars, high-current distribution blocks (SKU 799998)
Always verify the stud size on your terminal block or component before ordering. The #10 stud is smaller than both the 5/16″ and 3/8″ — do not interchange between sizes.
Installation Notes
Strip wire to the correct length so the conductor fills the barrel without extending beyond it. Use a ratcheting crimper for consistent, gas-tight crimps — avoid plier-style crimpers. Torque the terminal block screw to the manufacturer’s specification. Support the wire within 6″ of the terminal to reduce flex fatigue. Inspect terminals annually for corrosion or loosening and replace as needed.
The 799963 100-pack completes the 12–10 AWG nylon ring terminal stud size range — the right bulk supply for terminal block wiring, service shops, and full panel installations.
