Intended Use

Fitment Notice

Mount or store the case in a visible, accessible location where crew can deploy the lifebuoy quickly in an emergency. Lifebuoy light 70030 can also fit the case for alternate configurations, but it is not included in this set.

When This Product Needs Replacement

Replace the set or individual components if the lifebuoy is damaged, faded, waterlogged, cracked, or no longer buoyant; if the rope is frayed or weakened; if the light fails testing; or if the case no longer protects or releases the equipment properly.

Installation Notes

Secure the storage case where it is easy to reach from the deck or helm area. Check the lifebuoy, rope, and light regularly as part of onboard safety inspections, and confirm the light activates correctly before heading out.
