Swivel seat mount rotates 360 degrees and automatically locks in the straightforward position per A.B.Y.C. safety recommendations. The front and center locking handle allows you to just pull upward on the locking handle to rotate swivel, flip the same handle down in the neutral position for free rotating. Used by Alumacraft.
